Seenly
A photo-sharing app for weddings. We used it at 6 weddings so guests could share their photos.
Guests uploaded photos as the day went on, and face matching let each person find every photo they were in. The couple got all of it in one place, without hashtags or manual uploads.
It's retired now, since all of my friends are married.
How it was built
I built Seenly from June to December 2025, across 229 commits. When guests uploaded photos, InsightFace running on Modal found every face, and HDBSCAN grouped the faces of the same person. Guests could take a selfie and see every photo they were in.
